INFORMATION

Ultimate Frisbee™ (now known simply as Ultimate) is an exciting, exhilarating, and entertaining non-contact team sport. This sport is played by thousands of people throughout the world and is played by hundreds of people within Guelph. Ultimate combines several features of football, soccer, and basketball, which is why it is enjoyed by so many. While throwing and catching a flying disc is the basic premise, players require agility, endurance and good hand-eye coordination to be successful.

Game On offers a co-ed recreational 5 vs 5 league for those who are either novice to the sport itself or are simply looking to have fun and exercise.

Every week there will be two Ultimate games played, lasting approximately 1 hour in length each.

FORMS

At Game On, you can register to play as an Individual, as a Small Group, or as a Team.  Simply select the season in which you want to play, select the registration form that is appropriate to you, print and fill out the form in its entirety, and mail the registration form with payment to the address listed on the form.

Spaces are limited so applications, which are accompanied with payment, will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you sign up as an Individual or a Small Group, we will make every effort to put you on a team with other Individual or Small Group registrants.  Once a team has been created, we will be sure to put you in touch with your other teammates.

Before the start of play, every participant is required to sign and submit the Waiver and Release Form.

Game On asks that when you are driving to and from games that you please respect the neighbourhoods you are driving through, that you obey all posted speed limits, and that you be watchful of children.

For the spring season, a copy of the schedule will be provided to all registered participants via their captain or directly to their email address, if provided.  All schedules will be posted on-line in early May so please be sure to check back here often.
