SOCCER TOURNAMENT
Game On is pleased to announce its very own GOOEFA (Game On's Outdoor Elimination-From-Competition) Soccer Tournament!
The tournament is set for Saturday, September 8, 2012. Each team is guaranteed 3 games during their round robin play, with the playoffs being elimination style. The day is focused on having fun, playing in a sportsmanlike fashion, and respecting one another.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks but we also have pizza combos available for sale on the registration form. All orders for pizza combos must be placed with your registration form. As well, we will have some snacks and drinks available to be purchased throughout the day.
TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
Date: Saturday, September 8, 2012
Location: Elora Road Christian Fellowship (ERCF) fields
Time: 9:00am or 9:45m start time, depending on the number of teams registered
Game format: Each team will play three (3) games, round robin style. Each game will last 40 minutes in length (20 x 20-minute halves with a 2-minute break between halves). The top two teams from each pool will move on to play in the playoffs. During the playoffs, if your team loses then you have been eliminated from the tournament. The last team standing is declared the GOOEFA Soccer Tournament Champion!
Team format: All teams that register must be co-ed. The games are a 6 vs. 6 format. There must be a minimum of two (2) females and two (2) males on the field at all times. All players must be over the age of 18 to play.
Entry Fee: $140 per team. All prices include HST. Registration deadline is September 3rd, 2012.

SCHEDULE:
The schedule of games will be posted a couple of days before the tournament. Copies of the schedule will also be provided at the tournament.
REGISTRATION:
You may register your team using the below online registration form. Spots are reserved when a registration form and payment are submitted. Registration deadline is September 3rd, 2012.

Before the start of play, every participant is required to sign and submit the Waiver and Release Form. If you have already played in one of Game On's sports leagues this year then you are not required to sign another form.
Come on out for the day to enjoy some fun play and to meet some new people. Prizes will be awarded to the top team.
