SOCCER BASEBALL/KICK BALL TOURNAMENT
Game On is pleased to announce Guelph's only soccer baseball/kick ball tournament - The Big Ball Challenge!
Kick ball is a relatively new game that takes its origins from baseball, and is an exciting alternative to standard softball or soccer leagues. Commonly known as soccer baseball, two teams compete on a softball diamond and strike a rubber ball with their foot instead of swinging a bat towards a softball. Rules generally follow that of slo-pitch but combines the skills of soccer and dodgeball as well.

Game format: Each team will play three (3) games, round robin style. Each game will last 55 minutes in length, or 5 innings, whichever comes first. The team with most wins will be declared the Big Ball Challenge champion. Tie breakers will be determined first on head-to-head records, then to overall point differential.
Team format: All teams that register must be co-ed. There must be a minimum of two (2) females and two (2) males on the field at all times.
Entry Fee: $20 per individual registrant or $180 per team. All prices include HST.

SCHEDULE:
The schedule of games will be posted a couple of days before the tournament. Copies of the schedule will also be provided at the tournament.
REGISTRATION:
You may register as an individual or as a team. Spots are reserved when a registration form and payment are submitted.
You may mail in your registration form and payment, or bring it in person, to the address listed on the registration form.
Before the start of play, every participant is required to sign and submit the Waiver and Release Form.
If you are a novice at kick ball and want to learn more about the game, or if you've played before and want to amaze your teammates with your skills, then this tournament is the perfect opportunity for you. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams.
