6 vs. 6 INTERMEDIATE VOLLEYBALL
INFORMATION
Volleyball is one of the most popular recreational sports in the world. It is played at a fast pace and it is exciting. While agility, endurance and good hand-eye coordination are helpful, the level of play is determined solely by the players themselves.
Game On is pleased to announce that we are expanding our availability of our fall & winter indoor volleyball leagues. Aside from our current Sunday afternoon 6s intermediate league, our Wednesday night 6s recreational league, and our Monday night 4s intermediate league, starting this fall 2013 Game On will be offering the following new leagues:
- Sunday evening: 6s recreational
- Wednesday evening: 6s intermediate
- Friday evening: 6s recreational
Now there is more opportunity to play! And if you combine our competitively-priced league fees with our "Play More...Save More" promotion then you can play at very affordable prices.
Game On offers leagues for co-ed play.
Recreational leagues – for those who are looking simply to have fun, regardless of skill level.
Intermediate league – catered more towards those players who have played the sport before, have some skill and understand the rules.
Competitive league – a league for those individuals who have played volleyball at a high level, understanding rules very well, understand rotating, and who have significant skill.
For indoor volleyball, there will be one match each night lasting approximately 1 hour in length and consists of a best of three format. For outdoor volleyball, there will be two matches (two games per match) each night, with each match lasting approximately 40 minutes in length.
6 vs. 6 Volleyball: Six (6) players minimum to a recommended nine (9) players per team.

Game On asks that when you are driving to and from games that you please respect the neighbourhoods you are driving through, that you obey all posted speed limits, and that you be watchful of children.
